Refund policy

You can refund a purchase yourself within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason or writing to anyone.

How to refund

1. Open the program maker on the device and browser you used to buy, and go to the last step, “Check and download”. Or open your purchase link (it’s shown with your downloads) on any device.
2. Choose “Refund this purchase” and confirm.

The full amount goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens after a refund

The downloads for that purchase stop working. Files you’ve already saved are yours to keep.

Before you buy

You can see the whole program before you pay, page by page, with a light “Preview” band under each page. The eulogy reading copy can be previewed in the eulogy writer. The obituary keepsake and prayer cards use the same words, photo and style as your program.
